Hi one and all,
Numbers seem to be dwindling at training at the moment...realise some are away on holiday etc but can we all make a real concerted effort to get up there on both nights. Those that have been turning up are really benefitting from what Nick (new coach) has been throwing at them...some really useful drills.
In order to really make training as effective as possible we need the numbers, so get yourselves up there and drag as many with you as possible.
